Eva was the best realtor I could ask for. She got to know me, and helped me find what I was looking for. She was always well prepared and on time. Her friendly and laid back demeanor helped me in stressful situations during the home-buying process. I felt like I could ask her anything. She is very resourceful. She knows someone for everything. It's hard to pinpoint her greatest qualities in the industry, but I'll try. She works quickly and effectively. And she is graceful with negotiations.
